• Initial Evaluation

    The first meeting will be a thorough psychiatric evaluation during which you will have an opportunity to tell Dr. Lesniak about what's been bothering you, your goals, and your personal and family history.

    Your records and labs will be reviewed and you will be informed if any additional labs are recommended. Afterwards, Dr. Lesniak will offer feedback, explain treatment options, inquire about your preferences and discuss recommendations.

    Medications can be helpful in alleviating symptoms when chosen thoughtfully and based on a person's individual needs.

    Dr. Lesniak works closely with patients to choose medications that are the best match for them as individuals, based on their particular symptoms, diagnosis and history. Dr. Lesniak discusses the options in detail.
